Youngstorget Tannlegesenter is responsible for personal data processed through the clinic's own digital contact channels.
When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email, preferred language, contact method and a short description of your need. Do not send national identity numbers, payment-card data or extensive health information through a website form or ordinary email.
Information is used to answer your enquiry, choose an appropriate contact pathway, arrange an appointment and maintain secure operations. Information that later becomes part of patient care is handled in the clinic's approved patient-record system under applicable rules.
The website has no separate database for appointment requests. Before an internal form is enabled in production, its receiver, access controls, processor agreement, retention period and deletion workflow must be approved and tested.
Technical providers may process limited operational data when necessary for hosting, security and delivery. Access must be limited to authorised persons.
You may contact the clinic about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. You may also contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you believe personal data is handled unlawfully.
